Ruling on Turtles’ Class Certification

More on this later, but great news from the Turtles class action against SiriusXM.  The Turtles struck another blow for artist rights when the Court approved the band as representatives of the class of pre-72 artists similarly ripped off by Sirius.  The Turtles lawyers Gradstein & Marzano were also appointed class attorneys.

  1. it’s nice to see some good news coming… And more good news ….in Florida just signed a law which requires internet distribution sites to post contact information hopefully this will help unscrupulous people from hiding behind privacy concerns.
    I’m not sure how much of an impact this will have at the lost makes perfect common sense to me and hopefully it will spread to other statesand countries
