Representative Jerry Nadler stands with artists and songwriters and independent labels.
Rep. Nadler is taking on the broadcasters and special interests with the Fair Play Fair Pay Act to get artists paid for radio airplay. That pits him against the National Association of Broadcasters, Google, Pandora, SiriusXM and the MIC Coalition.
